To save time, material is hoisted to the work site by crane.
Below, the old roof is removed and the debris is deposited directly into the hopper of a motorized, hydraulic lift. Where space allows, these units are used to keep the surrounding property and landscaping free of discarded material, mini-
mizing clean-up and any inconvenience to the customer.
When the hopper is full, the self- propelled lift unit can be driven to a remote location on the property and emptied into a dumpster. |

Next, the crew makes any necessary repairs, lays down sheath-
